On the occasional dreary day, it may seem to some business owners that doing the right thing isn't worth much. No one seems to notice; energy is drained. But once in a while, an "atta-boy" comes along to reinforce the reason for refusing to cut corners with customers or employees--and to continue doing business the right way.

On March 28 at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in Jackson, 120 attendees were on hand to celebrate the winners of the 6th Annual Mississippi Business Integrity Awards, presented by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Mississippi.

Community Bank-Meridian, Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living of Laurel, and Trinity Investment Services of Gulfport were honored as Integrity Award winners.
