Over a career that spans some 30 years, consultant, lecturer and author T.R. "Ty" Warren has developed a leadership curriculum based on a team approach. In fact, much of what Warren teaches is based on the team concept, and now he has founded Jackson-based Saviuum, LLC, that takes the concept and runs with it.

"Our staff offers a critical mass of intellectual capital and a depth of experience and perspective that is intensive," Warren says.

No talking head

Warren is an Enterprise, Aid., native who realized early on that he was a good with words. Thinking TV news was going to be his ticket, he earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast and film from the University of Alabama and a graduate degree in mass communications from the University of Montevallo.
