Promoting culture and arts cuts across political and geographic boundaries. That was clearly evident at the roundtable seminar I hosted at NLC's Congressional City Conference. More than 25 NLC members participated in an informal discussion on strategies that can promote new or strength en existing cultural facilities and art institutions.
