AmeriCast Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of New York private equity firm Castle Harlan Inc., has purchased A.G. Anderson Ltd., a foundry in London, Ont., that produces castings in large steel, stainless steel and complex ferrous alloys, primarily for the energy industry.
