Oregon's Rachel Yurkovich, Andrew Wheating and Nicole Blood were all honored by the Pac-10 on Monday as the conference outdoor track and field athletes of the week.

Yurkovich, a junior from Newberg, broke her own Pac-10 and UO javelin record with a throw of 191 feet, 1 inch at the Oregon Relays on Friday. It's the top mark among collegiate throwers this season.

Wheating, a sophomore from Norwich, Vt., won the mile at the Oregon Relays with a personal best of 3 minutes, 58.16 seconds on Saturday. He stands 11th on the all-time UO mile list and becomes the first native of Vermont to run...
