CASE FACTS: Dr. Enrique Benavides operated on Nancy Ortegon on March 5, 2005, performing a vaginal hysterectomy and anterior repair. During the surgery, Ortegon suffered excessive blood loss. As a result of the excess blood loss, Dr. benevides decided not to complete a posterior repair, which he had planned.
