Japan's Toray Industries has formed a new company Toray Films Europe, which will build a production facility for Torayfan, its axially oriented polypropylene high-barrier metallised film, at the Toray Plastics Europe site in St Maurice de Beynost (Ain), Rhone-Alpes, France.
