HOUSTON & STAMFORD, Conn. -- GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of GE (NYSE: GE), announced today it has formed a partnership with a Union Gas Corporation subsidiary and related investors to acquire oil and gas reserves from two fields in East Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast for $115 million.
