LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Almost Family, Inc. today announced an agreement to acquire the assets of the Medicare-certified home health agency owned by Apex Home Healthcare Services, L.L.C. with operations in Jacksonville and Ormond Beach FL.
