Exhale Enterprises, Inc., which operates upscale day spas throughout the country, has leased nearly 6,000 s/f for its executive offices on the 19th floor of W&H Properties' 250 West 57th Street, announced Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, the building's managing and leasing agent.
