Once an employee of EBO Group becomes an employee-owner, he or she gets a colored caricature of themselves nailed to an office wall, complete with exaggerated distinguishing features.
A glance at the wall inside EBO's headquarters in Sharon Center reveals some pointed noses, prominent ears and large eyes. However, of the 50 framed illustrations, there isn't one frown in the bunch.
Apparently with business growing so rapidly, there's a lot to smile about.
Employee-owned EBO consists of four subsidiary companies, including its flagship company, PT Tech Inc., a manufacturer of industrial power transmissions, brakes and clutches, and TransMotion Medical Inc., a maker of automated chairs used in the health care field.
