The standard AccuGlide Saw model is a product ion track saw for fabrication shops and on-site seam cutting, manufactured in the U.S. since 1996. The standard stainless steel t rack lengths allow for 43- to 133-inch cuts. The AccuGlide's patented dual rail design offers superior stability without vibration for very smooth and clean cuts up to 5 cm deep.
The AccuGlide Saw is manufactured using high wear materials in order to preserve its rigid design and precise engineering in the harsh stone cutting environment. Components include stainless steel, anodized and powder-coated aluminum and the highest quality bearings.
Using the patented Calibration Indicators, the operator lines up the saw blade to the marked cut marks in a matter of seconds, the company reports. Another standard feature is the blade silencer hub. Fabricators have the option of stacking two to four blades, with optional spacers for quick and easy 1/4 to 9/16-inch channel cuts.
The Fergosti 300-mm rail saw, available from Bonanza Tool & Supply, is suited for cutting any kind of stone material, including marble and granite. It features a three-phase, electric HP4 220/380V motor, and it cuts at 45 degrees.

The MK-212 36-inch stone saw, available from Bonanza Tool & Supply, is suited for cutting tile or slabs of marble and granite. It features a 1 1/2 horsepower electric motor and a 1/2inch-thick replaceable rubber cutting surface. Its cutting head is mounted on a roller-bearing carriage on a stainless steel rail, while its built-in handles are designed to allow for easy transport.

The Imer Combi 200 tile saw (with stand and blade) is also available from Bonanza Tool & Supply. This saw features a 3/4-horsepower, 110v/60hz 6-amp electric motor and was engineered to be lightweight, yet strong.

The Achilli JBS 3700 gantry saw is the newest addition to the expanding equipment line at Braxton-Bragg. The JBS features a more traditional-style gantry saw design, but also incorporates advanced features. A 12-foot bridge and gantry cut capacity, powered by a 15-horsepower motor that accepts a 20-inch blade, makes processing the large slabs possible. An electrochrome coated, maintenance-free beam with a rack-and-pinion gearing system is engineered to make cutting extremely precise and positioning of the head accurate and smooth. Programming by means of the CNC axis control unit allows cuts to be stored with varying lengths, starting and stopping points and distances between cuts as well as a multitude of other specialty programmable features. Cuts can also be made using the remote control pendant. A hydraulic tilt table features 360-degree rotation with automatic positive locking every 45 degrees and hydraulic braking at any angle. Another unique feature is the worktable's hydraulic pop-up rollers to make moving material on the work surface easy. The worktable is available with either a marine-treated wood surface or concrete.

The Smart-Cut S-NC is Breton's new generation rotating-head CNC saw. The machine is a result of rotating head saw technology developed in the late 1990s, responding to the needs of North American clientele. This saw features an enormous cast iron spindle carriage, thus eliminating vibration, and the power of the 22-horsepower spindle meets the stone with minimum wasted energy. As result of the rotating head design, the machine fits within a 23- x 15-foot footprint, maximizing floor space productivity and allowing full and ergonomic access to the table. The advanced motion control systems allow for rapid displacement speeds up to 2,362 IPM, keeping non-cutting time to a minimum.

The Smart-Cut can also be configured to take advantage of Breton's digital slab photography station for off-machine layout, as well as integration and networking with the company's Fabmaster total production control system.
For our high production and labor-challenged clientele, the Smart-Cut can also be configured in-line with a fully automatic conveyor system with a load station, photo station and off-loading station--optimizing and normalizing slab-cutting cycle times. For even further process automation, the Smart-Cut can be fully integrated with Breton's ARM V or ARM H (Automatic Resource Management) systems allowing for automatic material order fulfillment and delivery to the equipment.
The Breton ShapeMill NCF1000/2T is a CNC milling center designed for contouring, cutting and turning with five interpolated axes and a fixed worktable, offering users the possibility of multiple and complex machining operations which would otherwise require several machines:
* Shaping of blocks or billets utilizing a saw blade to obtain large-sized workpieces with complex shapes
* Shaping and creating recesses utilizing milling tools
* Contouring utilizing shaped tools
* Cutting slabs and billets into workpieces utilizing a saw blade
* Turning of columns with shaped profiles or machining of columns to create a twisted effect all along the surface

The ShapeMill NCF1000/2T has the following features:
* Short beam, ensuring maximum rigidity
* "Rapid" displacements of up to 40 meters per minute
* Large worktable size of 1,970 x 4,625 mm
* High-frequency spindle of 31 kW
* Maximum diameter of the saw blade: 1,000 mm
* C axis rotation: continuous
* A axis rotation: from to +110 degrees
* X axis travel: 5,500 mm
* Y axis travel: 3,000 mm
* Z axis travel: 1,000 mm
* possibility of using various saw blades, shaped tools, drills, millers, etc.
* automatic tool-store with 18 positions + (optional) 2 positions for the saw blade
