BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vital Health Technologies, Inc. / Caribbean American Health Resorts, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CAHR) of Beverly Hills, California, today announced the acquisition of Momentum Medical Group, Inc. in a stock and corporate note deal valued at approximately $8 million.

With Momentum Medical un-audited revenues in excess of 6 million dollars for the year ended December 31, 2007, the addition will create substantial increase in Vital Health Technologies / Caribbean American Health Resorts' revenue stream.
