--La C. Secretaria Petarda Eudeba: De acuerdo al sistema electrónico, informo que se encuentran presentes 68 ciudadanas y ciudadanos senadores. En consecuencia. Hay quórum, senador presidente.

--El C. Presidente: ¿Y los otros sesenta?

--La C. Secretaria: Estarán comiendo, o desayunando, o dedicados a las actividades propias de su sexo, C. Presidente.
