Today, EMU Ballroom

``Carmina Burana,'' the dramatic cantata by German composer Carl Orff, will be given its final performance by the University Singers and University Symphony at 3 p.m. today in the EMU Ballroom. Tickets, $7 and $5, will be available at the door.

UO SCHOOL OF MUSIC

Now a standard in the choral-orchestral repertoire, "Carmina Burana" is based on songs from a 13th century manuscript found in a German monastery. Soloists include sopranos Marie Landreth and Christine Keene, tenor Andrew Brock and baritones Hyun-Jin Kim and former UO voice professor Neil Wilson.
