Nortel to OEM SpectraLink's VoIP Wireless Telephones

SpectraLink Corporation (Nasdaq: SLNK), an industry pioneer in enterprise wireless communications, signed an OEM agreement with Nortel Networks (NYSE: NT; TSX), a telecom infrastructure manufacturer enabling value-added IP data, voice and multimedia services. Nortel Networks will brand and sell SpectraLink's NetLink Wireless Telephones as components of its enterprise voice over IP (VoIP) product suite. The agreement gives Nortel a compelling wireless offering in the burgeoning Wi-Fi telephony marketplace. As a global company that conducts business in more than 150 countries, Nortel Networks represents a significant partnership for SpectraLink's global expansion strategy.
