Incidents

FRIDAY, JAN. 18

Prowler: 1:42 a.m., 5000 block Forsythia Drive. A caller reported hearing someone rattling her front door. The keys to the residence were stolen during a prior break-in, but the owner said she has since changed the locks.

Found dog: 10:50 a.m., 4800 block Daisy Street. A caller found a male pit bull dog with a blue collar and was requesting that animal control come pick it up. The dog was transported to Lane County Animal Services.

Suspicious conditions: 11:23 a.m., Gateway Street and Belt Line Road. A caller reported seeing a man peering into parked vehicles and trying to open the rear gate of a business.

Theft: 12:29 p.m., 4800 block Aster Street. A vehicle was reportedly broken into in the area. A portable DVD player was stolen out of the car.

Theft: 12:30 p.m., 1800 block Second Street. A business owner reported that someone stole several items from the store, ran over an employee's foot and fled.

Burglary: 12:44 p.m., 700 block 54th Street. An unknown person entered a house through a rear dog door and stole various items from inside. The caller had to go to work but would be making a full report later.

SATURDAY, JAN. 19

Disorderly subject: 12:59 a.m., Thurston Road and 61st Street. A caller reported...
