In its latest round of new home projects, Robertson Bros. is building in more downtown settings and selling homes at a wider range of prices.

Bloomfield Hills-based Robertson has nine projects under way. These range from condominiums in Wixom to homes priced at more than $1.5 million at its Cressbrook development in the village of Franklin.

All told, Robertson has nearly $500 million worth of home construction under way or planned for the next several years.
