EL PASO, Texas - Back in the spring, Steve Greatwood made a bold prediction.

Oregon's offensive line coach had a two-year starter at left tackle in Max Unger. But he had a hole to fill at center. And Greatwood thought Unger, a second-team all-Pac-10 pick voted Oregon's best blocker in 2006, might be the man to fill to that job.
