Chickasaw Nation Industries Inc.*, Ada, Okla., was awarded on Feb. 25, 2004, a delivery order amount of $100,000 as part of an $80,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction and repair work on facilities. Work will be performed at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 24, 2009.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole-source contract initiated on Nov. 22, 2003. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15QKN-04-D-1010).
Delaware Cornerstone Builders Inc.*, Landover, Md., was awarded on Feb. 24, 2004, a delivery order amount of $400,000 as part of a $20,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee and firm-fixed-price contract for abatement of asbestos, lead and other hazardous toxic materials. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2008.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 90 bids solicited on Oct. 30, 2002, and 11 bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Md., is the contracting activity (W912DR-04-D-0010).
