SAN DIEGO -- Satellite Security Corporation (OTCBB:SLTS) announced today that it has signed a share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Advanced Interactive Mobile Marketing System, Inc. ("AIMMS"), a leader in marketing communications and interactive mobile marketing technology. Satellite Security Corporation is exchanging 50 million newly issued shares of its stock at a ratio 26.85 shares for every 1 share of AIMMS. Upon completion of the exchange there will be 52,222,034 shares of SLTS common stock outstanding.

AIMMS owns and operates a turnkey system for capturing customer information, membership and CRM management, loyalty programs, campaign planning and execution, result analysis and enhanced data mining.
