Article Excerpt BOCA RATON, Fla. -- RailAmerica, Inc. today announced plans for the creation of five Transportation Logistic Centers (TLC) and a Revenue Protection Center (RPC) to administer customer service, operations support, and revenue processes for RailAmerica's 41 railroads operating in 27 states and three provinces.
"RailAmerica Transportation Logistics Centers will be located in Roseburg, OR, Phillipsburg, KS, Vassar, MI, Stellarton, NS, and Jacksonville, FL, and the RPC will be in St. Albans, VT," announced David Rohal, RailAmerica Vice President. "Each TLC will support a number of RailAmerica properties. TLC and RPC positions will be filled by a combination of employees already working in these cities, employees relocating from other locations and new hires."
