BOSTON -- Harbor Acquisition Corporation (Amex: HAC; HAC.U; HAC.WS; "Harbor") announced today that it has commenced mailing its definitive proxy statement, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 30, 2007. Harbor's Special Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, December 14, 2007 at the offices of Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C., One Boston Place, 37th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the special meeting.
