Aileen McNeill has worked on many complex, multi-million dollar financing transactions and significant commercial developments, but her most significant professional undertaking involved successful subcommittee work for the Mississippi Secretary of State's Business Law Advisory Group that was instrumental in getting the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) adopted in Mississippi.
