Natasha Baughman makes multitasking look easy.
In her role at Quality Manufacturing Group in Columbia, she wears many hats --employee recruiter, trainer, counselor, mediator, company promoter, strategic planner, sales leader, newsletter publisher and advisor to top management.
But then again, Baughman learned to juggle many responsibilities early on, first at Jones County Junior College, where she earned an associate's degree in marketing management in 1997, and then at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), where she earned a psychology degree in 1999.
