Jury indicts man in North Bend hit-and-run

COOS BAY - A Coos County grand jury indicted Noe Garcia Moncada on Tuesday with two counts of felony failure to perform the duties of a driver involved in an accident in connection with a hit-and-run that left a Springfield couple dead, according to the Coos County district attorney's office.

Each count carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
