The company uses an in-house mailing service and ensures accuracy and on-time delivery. The company also offers data services, which W.B. Hunt found to be the basis of its sales increase.

"We provide Globe Direct with our customer mailing list, and they take information from the customer database and create a profile," explains W.B. Hunt Chief Operating Officer Richard Yagjian. "They come back with an analysis, telling us what the typical Hunt's customer looks like."
