Oddball approach is a bit of an oddity to the U.S. in that it's an NDB/DME. This poses a couple questions. First off, Canadian rules are similar to the U.S. in that if it doesn't say "GPS" somewhere in the title, you can't fly the approach using only your IFR GPS.
