An entrepreneur is looking to inject new life into the former Poor Richard's tavern in an area known for occasional flooding on Old Grand Avenue near Route 132 in Gurnee. Village board members Monday night voted 6-0 in favor of granting a liquor license to Kevin M. Huber, who will drop the Poor Richard's name in favor of River Pub on Old Grand.
