I was greeted quickly and asked if I needed any assistance.

The consultant invited me to take a seat and brought over the Thomson Faraway Shores brochure.

This agent was not sure about the ease or price of eating out on the islands, so recommended all-inclusive.

Viewdata was checked and a couple of decent options were found to suit my needs.

Throughout the visit this consultant was cheery and enthusiastic. Although she admitted that her knowledge of the destination was lacking, she was keen to help and researched information.

For the most part the consultant did a good job. With more training and experience, I'm sure her product knowledge will improve.
