A Canton Township project will combine retail with climate-controlled self-storage under one roof.

The $26 million project, called Willow Creek, is under construction and has lease agreements with Marshalls, Pier 1 Imports, Michaels, and Panera Bread. The project will be built on the site of a razed N.A. Mans Building Center and will reuse a vacated Home Quarters store.
