Police ticket 181 drivers speeding on bridge

The Eugene police traffic team cited 181 motorists for speeding Thursday on the Washington-Jefferson Street Bridge after an informal survey Wednesday found 87 percent of drivers in the area were exceeding the 45 mph speed limit, police spokeswoman Kerry Delf said.
