Foldera, Inc. (OTCBB:FDRA), recently confirmed that the 58.5% decline in the Company's share price on June 26, 2007 was not the result of any change in the Company's business or prospects as disclosed in its most recent filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. To the Company's knowledge, the decline in share price followed an unprecedented increase in trading volume that was wholly unrelated to the Company's business or prospects. The over 1,100,000 shares that traded on July 26, 2007 was significantly more than the daily average trading volume of the Company's common stock during the three month period preceding June 26, 2007, which was less than 97,000 shares.
