Communities around the Delta are welcoming visitors with hospitality and Southern charm. They have attractions, meeting space and a wide range of dining and lodging options. Several towns have banded together to form the Mississippi Delta Tourism Association promoting the region. Greenwood, Greenville and Clarksdale are among those members.

The Greenwood Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) brings meetings to the Leflore County Civic Center where there's 9,576 square feet of space available on the arena floor and 3,340 square feet of additional meeting space along with catering kitchens and private dressing rooms. The Leflore County Agri Center with its 36,000 square feet is used for rodeos and animal shows.

"We have 739 rooms and some unique options for lodging," said Paige Hunt, executive director of the Greenwood CVB.
