COLUMBIA, Md. -- Resolution Health, Inc., Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ), Eliza Corporation and IncentOne received the "Best Use of Technology to Promote Patient Care" award for their combined efforts in multimedia preventive health outreach. The award was presented at the Consumer Directed Health Care Conference (CDHCC)/ National Health, Wellness, Prevention & Fitness Congress (NHWPC) on May 1, 2007.

The award-winning, multi-pronged preventive health program, which Horizon BCBSNJ rolled out in 2006, used a combination of Resolution Health's personalized communications that were mailed to selected Horizon members, the interactive speech/voice recognition (IVR) technology from Eliza for outbound IVR calls to the selected members, and IncentOne's incentive program offers to reward members who followed the recommended HEDIS procedures.
