CORRECTION (ran June 2, 2007): Natalie Sonnenfeld's name was omitted from a list of Churchill High School graduates on Page F6 of Thursday's special section.
The graduation ceremony for seniors at Churchill High School will be held June 8 at the Hult Center.
A baccalaureate ceremony will be held Wednesday with Pastor Carl Stubbs, Churchill High's campus resource officer, as the main speaker.
The 19 students who have maintained perfect academic records are Carolyn Boothe, Iris Briand, Gyujae Choi, Terah Cleveland, Kasandra Cota, Joseph Dombrosky, Ashley Elliott, Sophia Gates, Catherine James, Heather Jones, Sabrina Ketcherside, Rachel Nott, Michael Rodriguez, David Schrieber, Jenna Scott, Andrew Sheridan, Natalie Swan, Sarah Thompson and Esther Wright.
Boothe is the daughter of Roger and Linda Boothe of Eugene. She was team captain in softball, earning district and state honors, and played soccer. She was a member of the executive leadership team and the National Honor Society, and was a student representative on school committees. She has accepted an appointment to the United States Naval Academy.
Briand is the daughter of Carol Bergsma and Roger Briand, both of Eugene. She's been a member of National Honor Society, the tennis and swim teams, and Key Club. She plans to study nutritional science at Oregon State University.
