With no fewer than four quality starting pitchers to choose from on a daily basis, St. Charles North baseball coach Todd Genke might be the envy of high school coaches throughout the state.

Late during Tuesday's practice, Genke pulled Jeff Holm aside and told the left-hander he would get the nod for the North Stars' first-ever Class AA sectional semifinal contest against McHenry Wednesday afternoon at Larkin.
