NEW YORK, May 31, 2007 (IPS/GIN) -- A new investment facility in Europe will soon encourage African immigrants to make direct investments in their home countries.

A new study by the Brussels-based Africa, Caribbean and Pacific Business Climate facility is largely to thank for this new development.

"We are seeking to reach some concrete results," said Christophe Malherbe, a senior financial analyst at the Brussels-based facility, which is commonly known as BizClim. He added that the study will be launched at the end of June.
