Rosie to exit The View

Rosie O'Donnell (left) is leaving The View after failing to reach a contract agreement with ABC. The opinionated host boosted ratings in her one season on the show after Meredith Vieira left to become co-host of NBC's Today Show. But she also became famous for her feuds with real estate magnate Donald Trump, as well as with her co-hosts. She was reportedly seeking a one-year deal worth $10 million, while ABC was hoping to lock her in for three years at a lower salary.
