ADAA, your professional Association, has several great awards for those members who have gone the extra mile. Please review the general criteria for each award, check the eligibility and make sure you fill out and send in the application form by the deadline date.

As a recent recipient of the ADAA/ Sullivan-Schein National Award, I can tell you that the honor of such an award will never be forgotten. Having someone in my state membership recognize my efforts on behalf of the community, the association, the profession and my own professional developments was an overwhelming thrill.

MEMBERSHIP AWARDS

Procedure

A certificate shall be presented to the State Association showing the largest numerical increase in membership since the close of the last membership year, and to the State Association showing the largest percentage of increase in membership since the close of the last membership year.

JOURNAL AWARD

Procedure

An engraved plaque shall be presented to the ADAA member who has submitted the best educational article for publication in an Association publication. We are including the Journal Award that does not draw nominations from the...
