Terry McDonald - executive director of St. Vincent de Paul - is jazzed that the community's lowest paid and often hardest working residents will finally have access to prime downtown real estate.

The Aurora Building, under construction at the corner of 11th Avenue and Oak Street for the past 19 months, is the Catholic-affiliated nonprofit agency's newest contribution to affordable housing in Lane County.
