I'm 43, interested in continuing my management education and thinking about getting a master's degree. Which one do you think I should get, an MMM, MBA, MPH, MPA or MHA?

Dear CC,

Your confusion is understandable. As a coach I hear this question about once a week. The problem is that over the past 10 years there's been a real explosion of such educational opportunities and there's no one right answer. Generally speaking, more management education is better than less and considering a master's degree at 43 makes a lot of sense. But exactly which degree depends on a number of things.
