Wall Street extended its winning streak for a second day Wednesday, sending the Dow Jones industrials past 13,200 for the first time after a strong reading on U.S. factory orders rejuvenated investors' sentiments about the overall state of the economy. The Commerce Department reported that orders to U.S. factories rose 3.1 percent in March, marking the largest increase in a year, and surpassing the 2 percent rise analysts had previously predicted. Contributing to the day's mixed results was China Natural Resources Inc. (NASDAQ:CHNR), experiencing a 16.62% up-tick accompanied by a trading volume of approximately 170,478.
