NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. -- Like all Americans, SGT John Hamilton was stunned and shocked by the attacks on the World Trade Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Like most of us, he grieved for the senseless loss of so many lives, including those aboard Flight 93. Investigators believe Flight 93 crashed when passengers fought back the hijackers who planned to attack another target in Washington, DC. Rather than passively accepting a fate that would have undoubtedly claimed even more lives, those passengers sacrificed their own lives instead.
