This meditation is the practice of moment-to-moment observation of mind-body experience through calm, open and precise awareness. Participants are asked to enter and leave on the hour. Bodhi Path Karma Kagyu Buddhist Center - A lecture program with Lama Tsony Djungnay, Abbot of Dhagpo Kundreul Ling in Auvergne, France, will address "Confusion May Dawn as Wisdom" - Four Dharmas of Gampopa and The Synergy of Body, Speech and Mind in the Buddhist Perspective." The lecture will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the University of Oregon, College of Education, Room 152, 1571 Alder St. A suggested donation of $10 per class will be accepted. Weekly meditation sessions will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, and from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays at the center, 1907 Garden Ave., Suite 108.
