For Round Lake Beach and Antioch 117 boards

Challengers seeking to oust a couple of incumbents on the Round Lake Beach village board say the trustees don't listen to residents.

But the incumbents say they listen plenty and can boast of several accomplishments, including the opening of a civic center, improving the lakefront, attracting new businesses to town, and building a new police station and village hall.

Six candidates are seeking three 4-year term seats on the board in the April 17 election.
