The players and coaches have barely settled into their Cleveland hotel rooms for the women's Final Four, and yet the NCAA is already hawking tickets to the 2008 Final Four in Tampa, Fla.

Not that there needs to be that much lead time. By midsummer, the tickets should be close to, if not completely, gone. The women's Final Four, our country's premier women's team sports championship, has been a hot ticket for some time.

It's the rest of the NCAA Tournament that needs a massive sales campaign.

Or something. Anything.

What's happening during the regional semifinals and finals in particular is extremely disappointing and troublesome.
