A plan to divide a 38-acre parcel of light-medium industrial property has received tentative approval from the city of Eugene, moving the land a step closer to availability for development.

A little more than 28 acres of the property, located at the northwest corner of Enid and Prairie roads and extending northward to Link Road, belongs to local businessman Charles Coy, according to Lane County records.
