Eugene Athletics to tee up Disc Golf competition

Disc golfers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in the city of Eugene Athletics Program's `Disc Golf Challenge Ladder.' The season begins March 10 and extends through Nov. 4. Competitors in a `ladder challenge' contact one another to set their own play dates, times and choice of disc golf course. Each match must consist of 18-hole `match play' format, with the player winning the most holes winning the match. Registration in the Ladder Challenge is $10 and will be accepted throughout the season. A complete list of rules is posted on the Athletics Program Web site at www.eugene-or.gov/rec.
