BILOXI, Miss., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. announced today that Lee Wielansky, chairman and CEO of Midland Development Group, Inc., has been elected as a member of the Company's Board of Directors replacing Emanuel Crystal upon his retirement.

"Manny has served on the Board of Directors since Isle of Capri Casinos began operating a casino in Biloxi, Mississippi in 1992.
